my brother in law is staying with us(me,hubby and kid)since a long time.now he is married and still stays with us.he came to stay with us just a few months after our marriage.he didnt seperate after getting a job,not after his marriage,and now when we are shifting to our new home,he is again coming with his wife there.
the fact is my brother in law' s income is much less compared to us and hence he think it is impossible for him to manage on his own.my hubby supports this like anything.he himself will even ask him not to seperate as he dont want his brother to be in trouble.but what about me?how long i can compromise?we do all spendings,including maids,driver etc etc.so basically they are having all luxuries at our place without spending anything.my hubby' s reasoning for this is that,if he has to spend anyway why should he stay with us.let him save first so that he can be independent at some time.
his wife is from a richer family and is more beautiful.so i am not comfortable with her though i am more educated and earning well.is this normal? Mel replied. Talk to your hubby and tell him that you are not comfortable with your BIL' s wife being there all the time. mana k. replied. why donot u talk to ur hubby. tell him to support his bro financially by giving money but at make him stay with ur family. this way both of u will have ur say, bil will not stay with u plus hubby too is helping his bro.
