I have suddenly got this pain in the stomach. I feel that this may be due to gas or acidity.

Please help me if this is of a major concern.

suhanya replied. Hi mihika..had kind of a similiar pbm..but not in the upper stomach..but try to avoid eating spicy/hot food...with more chilli n stuffs..have more curd..shd be alrt dear..if still persists...get to see teh doc..kkk???

Just saw your post. I had experienced severe stomach pain two weeks back. It was in the upper portion of my stomach, just above the belly button and it was really painful. It was acidity related and it subsided only after I took Rantac. When I mentioned it to the doc, she said that I should not eat outside anymore and that if such a pain were to recur then I should have Rantac immediately and not wait for long.
