Dear Deepmala

The receipe for making pani puri pani is as follows:

take a bunch of pudina leaves wash and grind to paste in mixer adding water. Now take water in a jug or bowl you would require depending on the qty of puri . Add pudina paste, salt, chiili powder, little amchoor or lemon juice , roasted and grinded jeera powder andf mix well can also add chat masala. Pani for pani puri is ready. Other option is you can also get the packet of jaljeera frm market mix in water can can use as pani for puri

Thanks

Poonam

What I do is use the MDH pani puri powder or MDH jal jeera powder, not much difference there. Also, if you are in bay area there are some places where you can go for good pani puri.

To add more taste to pani you can grind 1 bunch of mint leaves and 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves paste and add it to the water along with pani poori powder. Add salt and some more black salt for taste. If u want to make it spicy add red pepper or grind some green pepper with the mint leaves.

Hope this helps ...
