I am so glad since my wife gave me this news that she is one month pregnant, but I am also afraid as many advise me that the first 3 months are crucial, so I would be very gald if someone could help on things that have to be do and things that shouldn't. Thanks for your support in advance.

Nothing to worry about. I can suggest you to read book \";What to expect when you are expecting\";. You will find answers to most of your queries.
I don't know where are u in US or in India. There are many sites which gives u useful information. I found (please add www & com)
