There are many videos available online that will tell you particular exercises for your abs. The yolk or the egg can cause gain in weight so confirm with your trainer about the yolks. And increase the intake of proteins as proteins help your body cut fat.

If you want to reduce the belly fat, you have to change your routines.
Diet, eating plan, eating plan. Did you get that? No I don' t mean go be a part of dieters or try the atkins diet. It' s how, what, and when you eat that will get rid of that fat belly. Thanks!!

By \" zim\" I suppose you mean Gym!!

Post natal exercises are essential to re-tome your body after a baby. I found Suryanamaskar to be extremely helpful.
I started with 6 and went on adding a few every 15 days till I reached 30 per day, done at a comfortable speed not fast as in power yoga. My tummy and hips got really toned, my back and legs got strong a well toned too. You will need a good yoga teacher to teach you As for your diet, the best thing would be to go to a qualified dietitian.

Meanwhile avoid the yolk [yellow] of the eggs you eat as they are 5 grams of fat each, eat the whites for protein, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and cut out all fried foods and maida products.

Your post natal diet and exercise plan will depend on whether you are breastfeeding, had a vaginal or c-section birth etc so don' t do anything without proper guidance.

Sorry I made a spelling mistake.... in the first sentence I meant " re-TONE" not " re-tome"

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
