Name: Rekha Hi everybody

Of late I have been noticing that just like me there are many females
who with a good educational background and a strong desire for a successful career...somehow ended up totally the \" other way\" . (home maker) the reason being marriage, relocation or babies..
To be clear Iam not being offensive towards being a homemaker(which I myself am) but the reason I said the \" other way\" is that most of them seem to need a change but lack a proper direction or guidance..So I just felt that there cud be a separate section dedicated to career alone where most of the queries related to the careers gaps
and starting work post baby can be discussed broadly.It would be great if all those super moms and super women who cud battle through the circumstances and catch up with their career share their success stories so that others cud get benefited.
