Name: ruby hi lucky n veni..shall we plan for some strict ideas....mee too suffering frm tummy problem i too look some 5 months preggy..but somehow adjusting it with girdle while going out...but i feel yucky to look at my tummy n stretch marks...i have heard that if ur tummy becomes falt ur strech marks also fades....so shall we start something intesresting n effective???if u guys got any aerobic videos or clips plz do send the url..below are some ideas to help get rid of tummy n fitness

lets do thiz atleast 5 sets a day...and b4 that lets measure our wasit first n note it...n let uz share how much we lost after 1 month.i am gonna keep alarm to do it int ime..

i,e 9 am, 11 am,1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm,7 pm

hi dear,
so sorry to know that ur lil gal iz suffering frm rashes...can use cloth ones for some days na??are u using it?mine did not yet teeth..still njoying those beautiful toothless grin.as she already trained potty in toilet seat doesnot get a change to messup with poop.i am using cloth ones in the morning n by evening i will chnage disposables.hope ur baby will recover soon .

my dd is also trying to walk holding sofa and chairs etc.nowadays she is getting teeth,thats why she is suffering 4rm motions.she got severe diperrash.ohhhh everything is going wrongggggggg.

have u guys seen belly dance?

have u guys seen belly dance?...juz shaking ur belly for arabic songs for almost 30 min...we may feel \" ohhh too easy to dance\" but we will get extreremely tired n very gud exercise to get a flat tummy...can download some arabic songs.i will send a url of the songs.in olden days arabic women used to dance during pregnancy .it was beleived that by dancing with belly u will have normal delivery.

lucky formula

hi lucky my baby too was not taking formula..even now she doesnot likes but keep on trying...if u are pumping bm for her..first mix 5% of formula wid bm n feed her...then 10% ,20%....finally she may accept it..but what i have done was mixed lil sugar with formula ....only for 1 week..then i recuded the sugar lil by lil n by 1 month she started having it without sugar,....thiz may not b afair idea..but somehow my baby accepted it..i used to bf her mostly...but formula feeding iz unavoidable for me while going out.i dunt like to bf in puclic or pump bm...

lucky are u using medium sized nipple for bottle feeding??start wid small then go to medium.iz she taking solids properly?
