Breastfeeding:lack of breast milk

Name: priya kumar i did'nt have enough milk to feed my baby.Iam eating well but very less amount of milk is producing. I too take tablets for producement of milk.Now iam giving milk substitute for my baby .Iam so guilty of not giving milk for my baby.If sometimes milk is there,the baby is not feeding well,i just make my baby sleep and giving my milk,only at night specificlly.what should I do?

breast milk is said to be supply in demand.before give formula try feeding your baby.because if you feed formula first baby will be full and will show no intrest in feeding.and try pumping at intervals this will help to increase supply.byt baby sucking out is the best method to increase supply.if you take good nutritious food is enough for your milk suppy.
