are you all filling out the check in forms for the hospital yet..?

I got a bunch of those during my last visit. I am supposed to read through the material, fill out the forms and drop them in the mail box..

I am just checking to see how everyone is doing on that..

Hi Rama

How are you? I had posted a topic about this earlier (Hospital preadmissions). I plan to do mine next weekend, I am going to go to the hospital and submit the forms personally rather than mailing, just to ensure I have not missed on anything they need. Also, my hospital gives a tour when u get in the forms, so I am looking fwd to that too.
