dear SK,
u must be remembering me from my earlier post.i would like to hear from you more about how you beat loneliness.i am finding it very difficult,more so because i dont exactly know when my hubby is going to finish his job and come back.do you feel frustrated and unhappy at times like me?
i know,when one have no choice,one should learn to accept.but how?
waiting to hear from all who can help.

I do feel terribly lonely & frustated at times but when you know that you cant really help it , you have no option but to accept the way it is.aYou can not ask your husband to quit his work and sit at home and accompany you.Then whats the point of developing anger & frustation within yourself? As I previously mentioned you that be his strength and not his weakness.
Also I mentioned in my previous post to you , there are various ways I use you keep myself busy e.g. shopping,yoga,dance classes, experimental cooking and my biggest stress buster is my office where I have good friends.Apart of this , once in two weeks I visit beauty parlour.I do tr to experiment various dishes that are shown on the cookery shows and prepare them when my husna dis around.See, you need to understand that none of the above activities are actually a substitute to your husband' s presence but they help in occupying your thoughts.I don’t understand what do you mean by saying that you don’t know when wil your husband return.Ask him what are his travel plans.
