Hi guys, need your help. Arjun is 6 weeks, but he still has only 2 oz of milk at a time. So he wants to feed every 2 hrs like clock-work. In the mornings it is fine, but at night it gets difficult - he wakes up every 2 hrs also.

Abhishek is also doing the same. at times he will sleep 4 hrs continuously. heard that is normal and they know when to have food. he too doesnt sleep during daytime and i have to feed him every 11/2 hr during day time. but at night he will wake every 3 hrs. am giving him formula once at night and 2 times during day time. as i didnt have enough milk, am adviced to do so and also am trying to express milk by using breast pump to avoid the formula feeding. 4 bowel movements is good sign for healthy baby. how abt pimples? is she having that now or it is gone?

i have a diff story to tell.Spoorti doesn't sleep well during the day.She takes short naps most of the time and is wide alert during mornings and also late in the evenings.She feeds every 2hr during the day ,sometimes cluster feeding but night she doesn't feed well many times say only 10 to 15 min and goes for 3 to 3 and half hr sleep at a stretch.Some days i wake her up after seeing the time.She is completing 4 weeks tomorrow.Should i be worried ?I have no idea aboout her weight gain.She had gained her birth weight on her first appt.She has 4 bowel movements per day and i've been seein wet diapers too.Am very much concerned. is this normal ? or should i call docs office ? mammi papa replied. Seems like same story everywhere.Omkar also is doing the same.Hence I can hardly sleep continously for 2 hrs.But Its a fact that children can digest their food in 1 to 11/2 hours.So they need frequent feedings.They will develop a pattern after 3 months.So we can relax then.Try rest in day time when arjun sleeps.it will help a bit through the night.
