i am in a MNC IT company...wrk wise i am doing fine..my pronblem comes when i have team building activities/team outings/games etc. i am unable to participate in these activities as i feel shy. how can i break this ice. i do talk well to ppl but cant participate in groups. i have no other inferiority complex.
plz advice on wat to do
