Foods to be avoided

My doc gave me a list of the following:
Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, JackFruit & Ajinomoto Powder.
I didn't know about Brinjal.

Its important to keep your stomach cool during pregnancy. I am avoiding anything that generates heat within the stomach.

They say you shd avoid -Pineapple,papaya,Brinjal,uncooked egg,
Mayonese etc.
Try to avoid food which cause excess heat.

i have also 10 months old baby boy he is around 11 kg n 31 inch. i give him yogurt with khichdi so u can also try. my baby likes yogurt with khichadi.
