me and my husband are trying to conceive with our 2nd child.but his semen is flowing out after sex.i' m trying to lift my legs up after sex and stay with my uterus down and vagina up for 1/2 hour but still as soon as i stand up, it is flowing back into my underwear.i' m putting a pillow under my butt and keeping it elevated, trying doggy style and staying in that position for a while after sex, but still semen is coming out of me.our 1st pregnancy was an unexpected pregnancy.so i didn' t notice how it all happened.how can i get pregnant if semen flows back from me? ttc replied. before we tried to get pregnant, i used be in good mood especially during my mid-cycle.but ever since we started to try, i' m not able to get in mood at all.also my husband is saying i' m not lubricating enough and penetration is a little bit painful for him.he says i used to lubricate nicely during my mid-cycle before we started trying.what' s happening? To get pregnant, you dont need all sperm to go inside. few active sperm is enough to get pregnant.
You didnt mention about how long you both are trying for second child. Sometimes, it will take about 6 months to conceive.
You may try this, after sex, ask your husband to lie on you (not to take out his pe--s) for about 5 mnts. This will give more chance for sperms to swim in to your uterus.
One important thing is, keep your mind relax. Also dont do sex only for baby. Enjoy it, because, to get pregnant, all hormones should work properly. If you are tensed, that will affect your hormones.
