I know most of you would even find it time wasting reading my query , but suggest me if you can.
I was very active until like 2 months but for mo reason see myself feeling dull most of the day....
don' t feel like doing anything..don' t feel like comming to work , putting on lot of weight.getting easily frustated with my toddler.
I wake up in the middle of the night for no reason and couldn' t go back to sleep for like 2 to 3 hrs. I don' t have major troubles that distrubing me a lot unless a few thigs here and there . this small things have been there before too....
can you suggest me something , may be good books or some nice words.

I have been in this state some 9 months back.I consulted a doctor too.She asked me to get my thyroid levels checked (which were thankfully negative).She told me that it happens due to some hormonal imbalance and would cure with time without any medicines.She asked me to do Yoga and meditation.I joined yoga classes as suggested by her and believe me that Yoga did wonders for me.Not only did it improve my mental/physical health but I also lost oodles of weight that I gained after my marraige by just siiting in office.
Also,few other suggestion improve your diet - cut down on oily stuffs and include one fruit everyday.read newspapers,good books.play with your kid,take him out to park.catch up with your old friends-this will surely bring smile to your face.

It comes to many people i think. Best thing is to get some self motivating books, fav songs in walkman, reacalling a very very intresting thing that u enjoyed the most with ur hubby, the most comedy scene in movie can help u, admire ur child how she sleeps. all these things helped me. I love to admire how my baby sleeps, i touch her fingers and kiss it.
more over laugh in day time as much as possible, that will eliminate all the depression that u have. Also sing songs aloud in ur home while cooking, cleaning, washing utensils. Have a good day that will help u to have a good night. take care

I wanted to advise you to check if you are pregnant but I guess you would know already as 2 months is a long enough time to know if you are pregnant.
I would though advise you to get your thyroid levels checked. Some of the symptoms you have mentioned are there if your thyroid levels are not right. Apart from that try to watch/read inspirational programs/books depending upon what you like. If you watch Indian programming, I would advise you to stay away from all that has family politics, hatred for others, crime or any other negative emotions to show. Even if you don’t realize all those negative emotions affect your mental and physical health. Listening to good music helps me come out of stress or negative emotions. You can try that if you like listening to music. Also you can try meditation with some initial help from a teacher. Hope this helps!

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Good luck with everything. You should be able to manage with everyone around you especially if you have no major issues with them. Just keep yourself expressive about your requirements in this stage. Let them realize that you are pregnant and need comfort, pampering and happy environment more so than other times because of your hormonal changes. Otherwise ignore minor conflicts, keep your self busy, and read good material. Eat balanced and healthy diet. And always keep in mind that your child’s well being is in your hands and you can do it by keeping yourself happy and at peace (not just externally but internally too).

For your responses.You were right .thankyou for pointing out that it´ s not normal , Am pregnant.just tested with home kit and i found some other weird symptoms toolater like wierd taste in the mouth , urge to eat fruit ......Will see the docotr ASAP.
Am expecting my MIL and H´ s niece next month for 3 months .I have bil and co-sis already satsying here.
Don´ t know how would I manage with all this people with this mood swings other wise i don´ t have any trouble with them.
