having obimet500mg 2timse daily. not lost weight. please help. any other med to loose weightin pcos.any new inventions in pcos.fevol has helped in my periods.

my opinion reg. medicines is a BIG NO. 1. reduce on the sugar intake in coffee, tea,
2. no cakes, choclates etc..
i reduced 3kgs in a month. so and steady....
first have the will-power to do it. say it to yourself i can do it...
keep a smaller size clothes. try them on the month end it gives u lot of moral boost. ( check on the machines that imp.)

mmm... have you heard sometime called exercise...trust me really works, if you could jog or walk.. or get a treadmill abt a 1hr every everyday does really wonders... i lost 7kgs in 12weeks...

but please dnt eat any take aways just regular homefood..

dnt use medicine it as lot of side effects in long run.

Exercise is th eonly way to burn your body cals.. and get you to shape.
