Hi Sweta ....
I think we all suffer from mood swings during the pregnancy...I know its easy to get irritated and depressed.I stay at home all day alone..As I am in the US I dont have any family near me either..I snap at my husband so much that he afraid to say anything to me ..:-) Anyway, just enjoy urself ..Relax, go to the movies, read books, listen to music, eat out..I agree with ammy walking is a great way to relieve stress..Do things that you like to do and to hell with everything else..Dont worry too much about your moods affecting your baby..the books talk about only long term depression affects the baby that too sometimes!!!
Keep Smiling ....
Poulomi

Hi Sweta,
Mood Swing is very common during pregnancy. Even I am having the same since begining of the pregnancy. Now a days I am fighting with my hubby daily and even he is ready to not understand my condition and support me emotionally.. rather even he gets angry and outcome....... no need to say about this...
Yesterday night also we had a argument and even today morning when we got up.....
But we need to get cool soon atleast for ourself and concentrate on our baby. Start watching some comedy serial or movie or go on a walk which will cool you. Avoide interacting with them for sometime. If you both are working then arrange the work in such as way that both of you don't get stressed out. Or else be open and tell you sister that you need her support rather than commanding her.
This is all I can say, as I am sailing through the same boat.
Best of luck and try to enjoy your pregnancy.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
