Hi, I am into 4th month now and absolutely no nausea. Feel good about myself! I hog the afternoon lunch. So its good sign.

Hi SG,

Good that you donot have nausea anymore. I am having little problem with it. Whenever I go in kitchen or something is preparing the smell makes me nauseated. Do you had this problem before ? Is it gone in 2nd trimester ?

Hi DK, I am able to enter the kitchen now & prepare food.:)).(When in 2-3rd month, even I used to feel sick if I enter kitchen/opening fridge was worse).But now its fine..but still fridge smell makes me sick. Better to avoid eating oily stuff as this brings back nausea again (I had this today morning..:((..while I ate coconut rice). Headaches have started..this is due to hormonal changes...so have to drink plenty of liquids and frequent eating is a must.
DK, if u still have nausea, get up late from bed, this really helps.

Hi SG, its nice to hear that. so, from 4th month, we will be free from nausea. thats great to hear. heard that u will not even remeber that u r pregnant during the second trimester. enjoy ur pregnancy

Thanx Jichi. Hope u all also join me soon! Headaches have started for me..which is due to hormonal changes. Regarding second trimester..Iguess what usay is true..sometimes..I don't feel I that heaviness in my abdomen...and get frightened!
