I am in my 13th week. And I had same thing from the day I found out that I am pregnant. I do only three things frequently, one pee, drink water and eat food every two hours.

My sister told me one important point to remember....listen to your body. If you get hungry then eat..but watch what you are eating. If you feel like taking rest, take rest even if it is for 5 minutes. I get very thursty.... that is also very normal. So, embrace your needs and be happy.

This is absolutely normal. Don't just hear from friends and get tensed. This is bad for the child in your womb. Even I am going through same thing. Take it positively. If you are hungry every two hours that means your baby's growing well. Your baby is consuming more and will be haelthy when he or she is born. Be positive talk to your baby in the womb. This creates a very good bond with your child. Even ask your hubby to talk to the child in the womb. This will result in wonders. My experience so I am so confident. Try and let me know.

hi ,
congrats on ure pregnancy.
i am 6-7 weeks pregnant too, and believe me i feel so ravenous every1-2 hours that i sometimes feel i can devour an elephant...it is normal and i have heard my sisters talk of it and a whole load of my friends too. don't worry. eat in litle portions often and keep it varied so you won't tire . good luck and all best wishes.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
