hi all,
there are other sss who posted recently in this forum.so to avoid confusion i will tell you my situation again.
i live with my hubby and 2 yr old baby.both our parents are living in another city.my bil is staying with us as he is working.he had come to stay with us shortly after our marriage and those days i had all this worry about whether this will take away our privacy and all.now this bil' s marriage is fixed and he is searching for an independent accomodation.and i am not happy with the fact that he is moving away.i agree that may be that is good for the future.but i know we all,my hubby,my son and me will miss him.i always preferred nuclear family,but this move make me think whether staying together is such a bad idea or not.why do i feel like this? akanksha replied. it is not surprising that now you do not want your bil to move away... i was a staunch supporter f joint families when i got married. but after 3 yrs of marriage, i realised, families should not just stay together, but live together to be joint. hearts should be close... it is probabely better tht ur bil and his wife stay apart. it will keep your relationship with him really good forever and you will share the same relation with his wife. had he been staying with you, maybe his wife and you might not have got along well. so look at the positive side of it. and if you really feel, ask him to look for a house that is near yours so that you can meet them as often as you desire.
