Name: Meera I have two children whose father is useless and irresponsible. I go to work. By evening I come home tired and remove all the frustration on my children. I am also very short tempered. I have used the formula of counting 1-10 but in vain. I keep beating and shouting at them every now and then. Pls. help.

Take a break

If you have your parents or ils who can take care of your kids for some time, then you surely will start loving them more since they wont be in front of your eyes. Send them for holidays to their grandparents house. The more you miss them for long, you will feel like having them closer to you. You are probably very stressed. So take a break. Hope i have helped you.

actually yu vent yr frustration on yr children.because yu ar annoyed with yr husband. yu see him as yr adversery.why.yu r feeling bad du to joblessnes of yr husband.why yu not talk to yr husband siting side by side?yu help him to get a job.he is really usless? yu r calling him usless.yu sho yr style of thinking and looking to a bad situation.yu take him as he is.
wher yu live?what kind of job yu do.what i can help yur husband to get a job?
