Hi Poochy,

I am from the Sept board. I have noticed that you mentioned muri-channa. What is it and how do you make it? I'm trying to add more protein in my diet and channa will help.

Thanks, TA

Hey TA,

its very simple namkeen... adding soy nuts will also increase the protein content!!

Heat little oil in a pan
add rai
Add curry leaves
let rai splutter...
Add some soy nuts
Add chana
Roast for a few minutes
Add salt + Turmeric to taste
optional: you also add chaat masala
Finally add moori
Then mix and roast for couple of minutes...

Store it in a jar...

hope you like the recipe...

Take care
Poochy

This will sound dumb. When you say channa - is it roasted channa dhal or cooked whole channa (the type we use for chole)? Moori is puffed rice, correct?
