Hey golden,

I've also developed so many aversions its unbelievable... i haven't cooked food in the last 10 days.. as the moment i enter the kitchen my nuasea increases so much... Earlier i wasso fond of cooking... but now i've been mostly surviving on salads, sandwiches etc.. i've been craving for idly-sambhar from past 3 days... and yes i too have been doing midnight snacking...

And yes i too have aversions to so many things.. its pretty normal ..as our smelling sense heightens during this time... stay away from smells that make you nauseous...

Tell me one thing are your clothes fitting you?? Mine are all tight from the waist...

Take care,
Poochy

Hi Golden,

welcome to the club!!

I too am having a lot of nausea and heartburn. Firtsly as Naina had said earlier on the board do not eat and drink together. That really helped my nausea.

Then eat small meals in short intervals. Dont remain hungry for too long. I've been snacking all day. Milk, soymilk, cereal, gingerale, muri+chana, crackers, apples, salads, sandwiches, yogurt, buttermilk and TUMS!!

hope this helps.
Do give us your info:

What is your EDD?
Location?
NDA?
Age?

Take care,
Poochy
