Hi,
I am a 29yr female, and got married in feb 2011.
I have a history of 2 ectopic pregnancies and 3 failed IVFs.
1. In july 2012, I was investigated with ectopic pregnancy for which Laparoscopy was done for right side ectopic pregnancy. The tube was kept intact.

2. Again I conceived through regular follicular monitoring. LMP was 15/5/2013.
i. This time my b.hcg count was suspicious and nothing could be monitored through ultrasounds. Neither sign of any positive pregnancy nor a sign of ectopic pregnancy.
ii. On 30/7/2013, I was admitted in hospital complaining sever pain in left side of abdomen. TVS showed its again unruptured ectopic pregnancy with 2 ½ month amenorrhea. Again Laparoscopy was done and left tube was removed.

3. Since I had 2 ectopic pregnancies, We decided to go for IVF. In mid Dec 2013, procedure for IVF started.
During this First cycle of IVF, my endometrium showed some thing was abnormal. Only one layer was visible.
On 2/1/2014, Endometrium seemed to be ok and embryo transfer was done (4 healthy eggs were implanted and 4 were freezed). I had my B.hcg on 16.1.2014 and the count was only 2 (negative)


4. Again I had my periods on 19/1/2014 and the IVF procedure started from D3. This time we had eggs freezed so we had to go for Embryo Transfer only.
i. From D3 (21/1/2014, we started with Tab. Progyanova 2mg daily three times. ET was 3.5
ii. On 28/1/2014, ET: 6TL, vascularity low. I was advised for Inj. Lonopin 40mg daily and to continue Tab. Progyanova 2mg three times daily.
iii. On 1/2/2014, ET: 8.1tl, To continue T. Progyanova 2mg and Inj. Lonopin 40 mg and start with Inj. Susten 100mg daily and advised for Cryo ET on 3/2/2014
iv. On 3/2/2014, Embryo transfer done.
Advised for T. progynova 2mg, Inj Lonopin 40 mg daily, Inj. Susten 100mg alternate day for 15 days and T. Susten 400mg B.D. vagiinally alternate day for 15 days.
v. I had complete bed rest for 15 days

vi. B.hcg was done on 17.2.2014, again with count 2 (negative  )

5. LMP: 16/4/2014
Treatment started from D2
Medicines:
Inj Menotas-HP 300 daily till 28/4/2014
Sachet Argiprime till 28/4/2014
Inj Lonopin 40mg daily till procedure failed
Ecosprin, Folvite 5mg, and Progynova 2 mg (twice) daily
Inj. Ovurelix 0.25mg from 23/4/2014 till 28/4/2014
Inj. Ovitrelle 250mcg on 28/4/2014
Inj. Susten 100mg starting from 30/4/2014 daily for 3 days, then on alternate days and alternate day Tab. Susten 400mg

Ovum pickup was done on 30/4/2014 and then Embryo transfer done on 2/5/2014 in which 5 eggs were implanted and 3 are freezed.
Had complete bedrest for 15 days. B.hcg done on 16/5/2014 had value 72. It was repeated again in 48 hours and the value fall to 10 and then again in 24 hrs had value < 2 .

Note: I am diagnosed with issue of thin endometrium lining and less blood flow.

Please suggest be best IVF specialist in NCR and any remedies for thin endometrium lining and less blood flow problem.

I had read many people posting same word that is IVF failures can any one explain the reason why does IVF will get failed repeatedly on what basis they will get success.Don't we have any chances of getting success on first attempt only. neha replied. Hi, I did do a lot research and after visiting a lot of clinics I short listed Southend Fertility. Also, i am not very sure about the clinics mentioned by you as I did not hear very positive reviews about them. So i would suggest you to visit Southend Fertility once and decide for yourself.

This is such a coincidence that my wife had also 2 ectopics and three failed IVFs and we are also in the same dilemma as you are. We had taken the treatment from Bourn Hall- Gurgaon. My wife gets good endometrium lining and all the reports are also fine. The doctors are unable to find the real cause. I don' t have any advice to offer you. I can just wish good luck for your next cycle. btw we are planning to visit Dr Sonia Malik now. Do you have any idea how is she? Monika replied. Sorry to here all this . if you live in Delhi then here Dr. Rita Bakshi is he best Infertility Specialist. My sister in law has opted for IVF in her clinic & it was successful in first attempt. Dr. Rita diagnosed one follopian tube was blocked in my sister in law & treated accordingly.

She is the best. Today my Sister in law is blessed with 6 months old baby girl.
