This story of infertility and subfertility is just getting along with many couples nowadays.The emotions we sail into each day is really hard.

I am 36 years Old and have been TTC for 5 years.My DH is 6 yrs junior to me and he is 30 yrs with normal fertile life.
I am PCOS and do not ovulate.
I had 2 Failed IUIs.
This July I even took leave from work to get my baby but seems like am chasing a mirage.

I go to Fortis creation in Bangalore and DR Manisha Singh is a good doc.
LMP : 24th June 2014 and from my 2nd period day onwards I started taking Humog 75 iu injections.
I have take close to 13 75 iu and 3 150 iu.
TVS showed no follicles in my left ovary till Day 19th.
Day 20th my E2 count was arund 3000 pmol.Hence Doc called me for a visit again Day 21st another E2 was taken and it was around 5000.
Had a TVS and showed on RT follicle was in 13 and 14 mm and surprised on Day 21st bowel shadows vanished and GOD created miracle by showing two follicles measuring 22 and 24 mm in my left ovary.The same day around 12:36 pm IST I was given Fertygyn 2000 HCG trigger and IUI was performed the same day around 3:26 pm IST.
I have taken bed rest for atleast 3 days and did timed babydance as well ( intercourse ) with my DH.
I have been taken Susten 400 vaginally every night and the oral meds prescribed by Doc.
For intial 10 days I had sore nipples and a lil nausea peeped.Today 13dpoiui I did a HPT with Prega News and got -ve result.Tmrw I have a Beta test but not hoping much.

Please advise if I need to go for IVF and what are the best chances of getting pregnant. mani replied. yaah might be it is good option. u can try iui if ur eggs are good. consult a good doctor in the city they will better in advicing u
