how to forget death of dearest one?.my mother died 2 years back.I still think about her every minute.though it has reduced, but still i get up in the middle of night, thinking about her.I dont show my feeling to my hubby, since he really fed up with my thinking..the scence of her suffering, her last breath, her funaral..everything comes to my mind all the time.I thought time will change everything, but it's look like I will never forget her. any suggestions to make me feel better?.

I would suggest you to take Ignatia 30 (homeopathy) two doses. It is for sadness due to lost loved ones. Will help you a lot.

Hi Sridevi
I totally understand your situation , my father passed away 2 years ago and at that time i was in London my passport got stuck in the embassy because i had a query on my visa, my hubby was in India since his visa got refused so i was left alone without anybody i cried sitting in a dark room for days together and believe me nobody were there to even console me ! I needed my hubby the most so that i can share my feelings to him but even he was not there i was shaken but that helped me a lot after that i think i became so bold now nothing can shatter me no fear nothing i'm handlig things very good now, im strong enough now ! I cannot say forget it but Just accept it that evrybody has to leave this world someday , sometime and your Mother is in a better place now where there is no suffering and pain she is calmly sleeping ! Thank god for her everyday that she is with him !

It is really sad to know about your MOM. My condolences to you and your family. Losing a parent can be a big trauma and accepting that the person is no more is even harder. But you have to move on with your life. Instead of remembering about the hard times your mother went thru, try to remember all the good experiences you all had together. This will make you feel much better. After you have healed a little make a special album with all the memories in it as a tribute to her. Looking at it from time to time will give you lot of strength.

Also if you are in the US,forgetting somebody or something can be even more difficult. Enroll for extracurricular courses in the county college, which will keep your mind and time busy. If you are in India, you have all your near ones and dear ones close to you. You can get a lot support from them. If you are a little spirtual, go to discourses run by Ramakrishna mission or Chinmaya mission. These really help a lot.

If nothing seems to work, then get professional help. There are many professional support groups both in the US and India which deal with these issues.

I hope you feel better soon.

Take care
