hi rita,
iam swathi,i have read ur question.one should gain 12-13 kgs of weight during the pregnancy period.from 6th month onwards everyone will put on weight.in the last four months u have to put onto max 8 kgs.eat healthy food ,take more fruits, juices, and also saffron from 6th month for ur baby colour.only a small pinch of saffron in a glass of hot milk ,let the milk absorbs the colour wait for 5 mts and then intake the milk only after your dinner. bye.

hi rita
weight gain varies from person to person.some ladies donot gain weight in the first trimester becos of nausea, morning sickness etc.some don' t feel anything and start putting on weight from the first month itself.so u need not worry about ur weight untill and unless ur doctor tells u that ur weight is less.about ur tummy ,it also varies from person to person.for example i am preg for my second child ,i started off showing my tummy from 2 nd month itself where as my cousin sister who was preg for first time didnot show her tummy until she was 4 months preg.so u don' t worry about ur weight n tummy, until n unless doctor says that everything is ok,u need not worry abt these things.may be as u are working u are not gaining too much weight but ur baby will be growing properly inside.
about ur food keep continuing the way u r eating.gradually without ur notice ur apetite will be increased.
all the best
bye

hi
My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. The reason why ur baby' s leg is shivering may be this. Plz contact ur doc and take necessary steps as soon as possible.... - Sahila Gupta [View Message]
Help for your sis in NJ
Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Breastfeeding support is also available.... - Sameera [View Message]

Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
