Hi All,
im not sure but feel that most of us r avoiding 2 important factor one is heamoglobin & second one is walking bothr really important factor for ladies, roop renu & abc i think u guys should intake more fruits, though im not dietician but felt that u guys r taking very less fruit, fruits r not have fat so we will gain only good weight.smilys chart is really good, priya even i have so much heartburn thats why i stopped eating green & red chilli both & daily i take puffed rice in the evening & one more thing try to drink chill milk, that also help a lot in gas & heartburn problem.i had seen in sept board those guys diet r damn good, they also take soup of betroot & carrot.anyways tring to include that recipe in my diet.chalo then all the best to all.

Regards
Vandana
