I am 27 years old married and a mother of a seven yr old.Its been 2 years since I have seperated from my husband.I did not file for divorce as I work and earn enough to just run my house and educate my child.I just cant afford to get a lawyer and go to court.My husband lives in with his girlfriend,demands to meet my daughter if I dont let him do that he threatens me that he will take my daughter away.he has lots of money to fight me,but none to support his daughters education.PLEASE HELP.... Ek aur friend replied. Well you need to think about it. If you guys can get together, this might be good for child, but if he' s living with his gf after having a love marriage with you then this seems bit difficult. Well you know that better.

What I would suggest on your problem is below, if that' s possible for you then it' s good and its practical in life,
Option 1: You go to your hubby' s home. Live there and tell ur hubby that u' ll not move out, if he tries to keep u out, then ask for police help.
Try \" Biwi No. 1\" or \" Pyar to hona hi tha (not Ajay Devgan, other couple\" .

There are other options also:

Option 1. Ask your hubby, what he wants, if you guys can go for mutual divorce then its fine, go for it its not very costly.
Option 2: Let you hubby meet your daughter for the time being, start looking for a job in another city/state that is pretty or may be in same city, but do it secretly. Then shift your home and doesn' t give your new contact to ur hubby. As you are already cut-off from your family, they won' t come to know or tell him. After a year or so, you can share it with ur frnds and family.
Option 3: Are you qualified enough, then look for some overseas job, but when you inform ur frnd and family then inform a different state in other country viz. like if you are in california then inform that you are in Florida or something like that.

what to do replied. I live n India,I have no family to suport me as they have cut of ties with me since i got married against their wishes.I cant afford a lawyer.... Friend replied. Where do u live ? In India or abroad ?
Why dont you take help of your family - parents , brother and file for divorce ?
If there is no scope for reunion I feel you shud legally end it. Atleast you might get some money as alimony.

If you are worried abt legal custody of ur kid I think its in ur favour as u r working and capable to take care of ur child.
Anyway I am no lawyer, so the best would be to atleast talk to a lawyer and find out options.
