HI All,
Need some help,
what all care has to b taken post delivery for mother 7child?
Like what all acre about food to b eaten/ not to b eat..
i know one that the mother shud not put her hands in cold water or step outof the home for 40 days as the muscels bcum weak & need time to come back to normal..
what all food shud b taken if ur Breastfeeding ur kid?like nothing too spicy etc...
Exp mom please guide ..alll this is for my sis in NJ....she is expecting in Jan 2008

Well I didnt think of that. But from all the mails here, it seemed to me that we are all first time moms.
I thought u wrote here by mistake instead of writing to the Aug 2007 group, and thought I would point that out to you. I hope u have got all your answers from the second time moms in this group.

horlicks with milk
i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
