hi mihika,
even i havent started using and creamas of now. but i heard that stretch marks depends upon your skin types and heriderity factors.and now cream can remove them. i think applying vit e oil is the best may be there is a chance to atleast reduce them a little.
bye

Its probably a good idea to apply Vit. E oil for stretch marks...Also I see a number of ads in parenting and baby magizines for stretch mark creams..u can try those too! My stomach hasnt expanded too much so cant see any marks yet...I will apply Vit.E oil later though..hope this helps..

Hi Mihika

Ive been using an anti- stretch mark cream by Mothercare. I think you can also apply vitamin e oil (almond oil) which is supposed to be useful. I doubt we can really eliminate the stretch marks anyways! :((

Hi mihika,
I have not started with any of the cream. If I feel more itchy then I apply coconut oil. Till now I don't find any mark's on my tummy.. One of my aunt told me not to sit scraching when you feel then the mark's will be very less.. I am just trying to follow her advice, but sometime I cann't keep my hand from reaching the tummy.
So no much help from me.... try speaking to your OB/GYN may be she can give you some tip.

hi there mihika!!!
u know wot ????
i chkd with my OB/GYN n she says that even using creams will not completely remove stretch marks , they mite slightly reduce them.stretch marks usually fade away after pregnancy by itself n doin slight excersises.so im not too sure that i shud b usin a cream for it.i m resntly usin J&J moisturiser 2 to 3 times/day on the body thses days.
ill wait for the other girls.lets see wot they say...
u take care
dee

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
