Can plz someone help me with the cold? My baby is 1-year old and she is having stuffy nose and she is coughing in night, not much in daytime. Plz tell me some Gharelu Nuskhe for this. The medicine tastes not good so she doesn't like having that. Plz plz help me.

water

the cold medicine dont work much for kid of 1 yr. You can ofcourse give it in night preferably before getting down to bed.
My ped suggested Giving a sip of water verytime my baby cough. Beleive me this worked great. i gave him a sip of water everytime he cough. This makes their throat less irritating and sore and melts the cough.Try it and see.

Cold remedy

Boil tulasi leaves & 'vaamu' (I do not know the English name for this... This looks jeera & we use it in some savories)in water for some time. Cool it and give it to her to drink. Giving it warm is preferable if she can drink it. This works very well if you give it when the cold is just starting.

Putting Nasal drops and pulling the stuff with a nose bulb work wonders for stuffy nose.

hi,

give milk with turmeric and honey.definately helps.give her warm milk.in few days her cold be less.try nasal drops in night.
