Is it true that pregnant ladies should not eat a lot of papaya and pineapple ................does that apply to people trying to conceive too?

hello, that is what they say regarding papaya, am not sure about pineapple though. I guess this should be avoided during pregnancy. But nowadays, they say papaya is good for health and full of vitamins. Anyways, if u have doubt about that, just avoid taking such fruits. Bye.
