\" Death\" and \" the dead\" are both different things. Death IS understandably scary, and the idea of dying causes anxiety in most people.

What is baffling is why the idea of dead people horrifies us. Dead fellow human beings have been looked upon with fear all throughout history. Horror movies (and books,theme parks and the like) have made a good ' killing' on this fear of ours. Wonder why we hold such a morbid fear of the dead?? Death watch replied. We are always afraid of things we don' t understand. Tomorrow if your dead relatives walk up to you and say hi, what are you going to do sit and have tea or run for your life. C' mon man its natural to be scared of the dead. Think what it would be like if you stumbled across a decomposing dead body, or got locked in a coffin with a dead body. Things of movies perhaps but if it happened to us am sure we would feel scared psycho replied. we fear the dead because they have powers we will never have. they come from the realm of the unknown and thus we know not what weapons they may have, what foods they may eat, what air they may breath. and thus the fear. shetty replied. But that iis simple. death is unknown place. dead people are from that unknown place where no living person has ever can go. so iis natural that dead men are scary. but dead man also dont bite.
