Intense spiritual practice in terms of quantity would mean about 12-14 hours of practice a day. In terms of quality, it means that the person does all his daily activities as service to God, with a lot of desire and with the primary purpose to attain God.

Medium spiritual practice in terms of quantity would mean about 4-5 hours of practice a day. In terms of quality, it means that the person does most of his daily activities as service to God.

By practicing Spirituality our personality changes permanently for the better. Along with helping oneself to be more positive this change in attitude has a positive ripple effect on the people around one.

Many of us may have read books on self-improvement which attempt to guide us on achieving a change in our personality. While books such as these motivate and educate us, do they really bring about a permanent change within us for the better?

honestly reflect upon your thoughts as you go through your days. If the thoughts are negative, doubtful or give the “I can’t” message then they need to be reframed into positive, progressive and “I can” thoughts that will reinforce your journey toward your goals. Each negative thought needs to be dealt with before it takes root and begins to grow like a weed in your spring flower garden.

your spiritual path is to become your own beloved. Instead of looking for the affirmation of your worthiness from someone else, become the mirror to your own radiance. You can do this by meditating on your inner light, by creating affirmations that send love to your beautiful heart, by looking deeply into your own eyes and sending messages of acceptance and love. As you do this just notice how hard or easy it is.

If your desire is to become financially abundant, begin to embody the energy of abundance - the financial bit can’t help but come in as you radiate the energy of an abundant being. As it always is with the spiritual path, become that which you want to see in the world and in your own life - or the simple instruction - as within so without - as above, so below. Align with the true nature of the universe - it is your true nature as well. You are not limited in your capacity to feel joy and vibrancy and enthusiasm and compassion and gratitude. So, this month, make connecting to your true Divine nature your spiritual goal and then wait for the miracles of abundance to begin to flow.

There are some simple steps in spring cleaning your spiritual routine. The first is to take the time to make a list of what you want accomplish. This is not the same as a New Year’s Resolution list, we all know how ineffective those are, but rather a map for you to follow as you move through life. Think big, think positivity and think honestly about what will make you happy when you develop this list. Write it down and keep it for reference to help you sustain your growth as you move forward through the days and weeks to come.

Spiritual research indicates that 96% of the causes of addictions are due to ghosts (demons, devils, negative energies, etc.) or departed ancestors. The seeds of addictions are introduced in the womb itself by ghosts. Due to the spiritual nature of the cause of addictions, only spiritual remedies can successfully alleviate addiction. A three-step spiritual treatment program has been suggested that will ensure minimal withdrawal symptoms.

A good spiritual practice is to start your day (each day) with purpose, intention and in the way you want to live that day. That might mean that you start your day with thoughts of love, gratitude and ease. Or it might mean that you wake up without the alarm clock and just stay in bed for a moment and affirm to yourself, “This is a beautiful day.” It might mean that you need to let go of a habit or behavior you have each morning that keeps you from fulfilling the goals you have for your life and adopt a new behavior that aligns with what it is you want to create.
