Please do not worry - It is very easy to breastfeed in public - make sure you wear appropriate clothing and carry a shawl or a cloth to cover yourself. Breastfeeding is much easier than carrying expressed milk and trying to offer a bottle to a baby that is not used to it.

Try to nurse during take off and landing because the pressure in the cabin changes during those times - and sometimes even our ears hurt. Swallowing helps relieve the pressure. If you feed during take off and landing, the baby will swallow and feel comfortable.

If you feed timely and change the baby's diaper timely during your flight, the baby is less likely to cry. I have travelled with my nephew from Phoenix to India and he never cried even once (same technique that I mentioned above). I have also traveled with my son on long flights in the US (east coast to west coast) with absolutely no problems. Hope this helps.

u can try this option. buy some dresses suitable for breast feeding and also u can use ur shawl over that, as in december it is very cold. if u feed the kid in car just b4 getting into the airport, it would help u more to do the formalities in airport b4 getting into the plane.u can store breast milk in disposable bottles between ice bags and in flight they have facility for bottle warming.
and kids cry in flight during take off and landing due to ear pain. its good to feed them that time to avoid crying. all the best!! have a nice trip. iam to travel in january!!!!

If it is difficult to feed in public, try to express breast milk and keep in the bottle and keep that in a therma bag. You can buy front open dresses so you can feed in public too.
Babies cry in the plane as it will be their first experience. Try to use a soother (if he is used to that). Keep him engaged always, so he won't get bored.
Have a nice trip.

RE: Eczema concern
Hello,

I had a similar query a few months ago concerning eczema occuring in toddlers. As far as I know, it can be due to a varrying number of factors and common foods that end up causing the condition in 1-2 year old toddlers.

In my research I found this article really helpful in addressing the problem:
