Name: cheery I am on CD31, usually I have a 30 day cycle. Today I tested with HPT and got a negative but I got a brown discharge today, just a spot and that's it. Am I getting my period or is it implantation? Can implantation occur this late. I am 14dpo.
Any insights would be helpful.

Hi Cheery,

Ovulation prediction based on EWCM alone is not sufficient, however, combined with cervical position, BBT will help boosting your estimates correct.

If you over experiencing EWCM/and followed by ovulation about 14 days ago then you probably are not experiencing Implantation bleeding.

Hang in there for another two days at least. I have heard some concerns with FR test, unfortunately. Your best bet would be EPT, many experienced it as a lot more reliable and easy.

Tips: Do not drink water in the night past midnight. You can test as you get up from bed in the morning. Negative test yet not period does not mean you are not pregnant, it means you may have not produced sufficient hCG and that's very much individual.

Should you not get period in one week and persistant with negative hpt then seek help of your OB/GYN.

Nausea, dizzy spells, tangeling or sore sensitive to touch breast (tender breast), frequent urination, some abdominal discomfort feeling period can appear at anytime but does not happen, along with or without vaginal discharge are considered good signs of pregnancy. Have you any of these symptoms?

Hi Cheery,
If your periods are very regular then you can test tomorrow morning with EPT. Follow instructions on the test and consider lines appeared withing suggested time.

I would love to hear you are pregnant.

tired

My only symptoms are being really tired and worn out. I have some clear discharge now. No other symptoms at all.
I wil wait around a bit to see if AF shows up if not I will test again.

Hi Cheery,

An implantation bleeding will not occur this late if you ovulated fifteen days ago. How sure you are about your ovulation? Did you test it? Or it's your guess estimate based on your cycles?

Which test you used and when was that performed?

You could wait for 48 hours if the test was negative, hCG amounts should be doubled by then. Test with your First Morning Urine and use EPT test, they are awesome.

Spotting is OK while early days of pregnancy. Hope you do not experience period!

It is my estimate by my EWCM. I have not used the ovulation kit.

I used the First Response test this morning and came out negative.

If my period doesnt show up then I will test again after a couple of days. I am very tired, too.
