Health Concerns:Not feeling many symptoms

This is such a wonderful place to express many fears and news. I have a question. After 3 IVF attempts, I got pregnant in my 3rd attempt. Right now I am in 5.5 - 6 wk period. 3 days ago, the dr. examined me through sonogram as well as blood test and said everything is fine. He also showed 2 sacs in the sonogram. My question is so far the only symptoms I feel are, tummy has grown very fast. AFter I have food, I feel some discomfort for sometime, feel slightly like throwing up. But not strong. Also am able to eat everything. No other nausea as such. Since I got IVF I am on progesterone injections and prometrium. I do not know if anything attributes to the symptoms but if I read the books or the net I am not having symptoms by them. I have another appt in 5 days for the sonogram after 6 weeks. Hopefully everything is fine. I am praying and please pray for me. Please advise me if this is anything to worry about. Thanks.

Dont worry even i am pregnant with IVF we too had 2 sacs in first few weeks like in 6 week we had ultrasound there were 2 sacs & heartbeats but when we went for 10 weeks appt the one sac had no longer heartbeat so they said it is not viable pregnancy since it didnt grew much, but the other one is good still now i just completed 12 weeks.I too didnt had any symptoms until 7 weeks then i ad nausea & morning sickness. So i will tell u as long as docs are monitoring you closely which they will until 12 weeks you just relax & enjoy.
