Hi Archie,

I am in 38th week of pregnancy. Baby movements are great. But the baby hasn't moved to head down position & the cervix hasn't started to dilate. Even i'm not getting any contractions. I am very much worried about this. Could u please suggest me something to get the process start. My due is on dec 24th & when can i expect my baby. I'm eagerly waiting for the baby.
Please help..

did you mean head not fixed or head not engaged?
If it's heat not fixed and you completed 38 weeks, an elected C-section is the safe option.
If it's about head not engaged then for some cases they only experience this while getting almost close to labor, nothing can be done.
drink warm milk with a teaspoon ghee,
take a long walks,
have intercourse,
you can only follow tips provided baby is head down (fixed head) and you want to get in to labor. For non fixed head tips are not required as baby would be delivered by C-section.
