i have been trying for a baby for over 1 year with no sucess. I purchased ovulation predictor kits 3 months ago and i am ovulating each month at the same time. My problem is that my husband is too embarrased to go to get checked out, so i have to just keep trying every month. im not sure what days we should be making love and im not sure if there are any herbal tablets i can take to increase my chances. i took my period on the 21-april-04 and i ovulated from the 4-may-04. can anyone please advise me as to what i should be doing. as before i bought the (opk) we were just making love at any time of the month not knowing that there were certain days.

U should check if there is any problem with husband.If he is embarrassed to go to a hospital,u can ask him to collect the semen in a clean jar after 3 days of not ejaculating.Then u can take it to a nearby lab within 1/2 --1hr and give for semen analysis.Ask for semen culture too.Check out the report.If u need adv,u can mail me.After that u should hav sex on the ovulation day.How many days is ur cycle?If it is 28,then minus 14 from it.so u will mostly ovulate on the 14th day..so hav sex from 11th day to 15th dasy.Ligh down for some time with ur hips elevated a little and do not douche.And do hav faith in God And pray kathrine replied.
