Hi,
Can anyone let me know good schools near to Electronics city or HSR Lyout,banglore.Also i have a very important qustion -whether CBSE or ICSE is best.My kid will turn 3 years in July 28th,2011.Some schools say that he will not be eligible for Pre KG as he will not complete 3 years in June.Is it same in all schools.I want to join him next year itself and not waste a year for just 2 months.

Yes sure you can go for ICSE but i would suggest you to go for CBSE. CBSE covers all the important subjects which will be useful for your kid and also the cost is very less when compared to ICSE board schools. Suman replied. So if you want your son to be advanced then definitely go for ICSE baord only. Shanta replied. I made my kid join CBSE school because i heard ICSE schools are too costly and they put pressure on kids and some of them near my place even beat kids very hard if they don't do homework. It is good that you are so worried about your kids future. But too much of anything is not good. YOur concern will slowly turn into pressure for your kid and that in turn will harm him. So please be patient. Ritu replied. More than the Course whether CBSE SSC & ICSE it is the Kid's talent to grasp subject knowledge that is more important. In my view there is no much difference in CBSE & ICSE. Infact in most schools in north there is ICSE only. there is no CBSE. the cost of ICSE is more than CBSE for sure. Roma replied. Yes your concern is completly fine. But i wopuld advice you to wait for 2 more months. It won't make much difference. And if someone has choosen 3 years as perfect age for kids to join then he wasn't a mad man. Rancho replied. That is the reason someone said that schools & classrooms are like pressure cookers. 2 months is not long time as far as i can tell you. So if there are good schools and they are asking you to wait for 2 months then wait rather than going to some bad school. Raman replied. Hi Archana
It is not necessary to complete 3 years to join a pre school. My son was 2 years when i joined him a pre school and 1 year he has learnt a lot. So don't waste 1 year. pinky replied. hello archana,
in CBSE and ICSE school age limit is consider, child should be 2 years and 11 months, by taking admission in school, so first of all check it with school, otherwise take admission in play school. pranay replied. hello archana,
my elder daughter was going to greenwood pre school, its a normal school, if you find some kind of Baldwins cottons bethany, then you can take admission in playschool, but try early, later seats are not available. pragati replied. hello,
i heard about bethany high school, Mr david ryall director of school, also i knew sorsfort school is opened and its a international school, are you try there, do inquiry over there. Shaju Nair replied. Feathertouch International is a play school in electronic city. It is located close to Infosys Gate VI. There are Day care programs for kids from the age of 3 months. Play school is upto the age of 4. Please visit the centre. Deepmala replied. I heard Sorsfort School is coming up with an international standard school at electronic city, u can try that.

Also heard that Mr. Akash David Ryall, Director Principal, Bethany High School and Dr. Vasantha Edward from Baldwin Girls High School is a part of SorsFort International School.
