Dear Friends
Hi and how are u all doing?
I'm feeding my newborns...i gave birth 4 months back....i had one tsp of honey and found that the baby pooh well...i exactly don't know if its because of honey...but i just want to know if i can eat 1-2 tsp of honey daily...just wanted to know if its good for breastfeeding...
Its written in the honey bottle that don't feed it to infants less than 1 year old...i don't know if its really good if my baby eats through my breatmilk...
can anyone confirm that honey is good for breastfeeding and i can eat it daily...please..
also suggest any good food to increase my milk flow...

hi dear,

its no problem having it as its good in winter.its not anyhow related to babies pooh but if u can have it daily 1 tsp then no harm having it.

have lots of vegetables like methi,spinach in ur meals, lots of fruits also.dont eat brinjal more can lead to allergies to babies.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
