Nurseries and Schools:sleeping problem in school

Hi, I am new member of this group. My kid is 3 years 8 month old, get admission in senior school in LKG. she was in play group befor this school. Now she don' t want to go to school. So i though that she may be unable to adjust in new school, becoz it is more discipline and she don' t have her friends thr. but her teacher says that she is very low and use to sleep in class room, don' t want to intract with others kids n all. She is almost fine at home. she take her food properly even in school also. but by nature she is shy and she doesn' t take initative herself. Her teacher though that she is weak but I don' t.
I don' t know what to do. how to motivate her to move forward.
It is a diet problem or someting else.
pl. help me in above case.
