I am 33 years old women and not able to conceive.
friends.. please give me any tips to conceive. Lifestyle, diet, prayers anything will do. Dont even think any tip is a stupid tip. I would advise not to seek simply tips to get pregnancy because if you take it light now then later this would become an issue in conceive. I would suggest to seek help from good infertility doctor and do all your investigation properly.

It would be great first of all to check - do U have an ovulation. Best result is ultrasound investgation of ovaries. It might be seen result: ovum comes out from the ovary.

Another possibility is to apply very simple test, so-called fern-effect.

U should have an access to microscope (45-90x magnification), your dried saliva (no bubbles!) will show a line pictures from \" sand\" (no arising of progesteron, infertil fase) till \" branch of fern\" (fertil fase).
