Name: rajat singh I am an alcoholic by nature and would like to know if alcohol affects fertility??...also is there a solution since my wife not able to conceive bcoz of my low sperm count??

You can leave alcohol now for your family and for yourself. If you leave it, your sperm count will increase and there will be more chances of your wife to get pregnant. Leave alcohol, It is not a think of drinking.

Yes dear friend ,study has reavealed that excess consumption of alcohol affects motility...i suggest you include plenty of sprouts in your diet and do boat rowing exercise this improves and stimulates the sperm to multiply a lot, that is ask him to sit on the ground with both legs stretched side by side, and slowly lift it to 45deg...try this ..and eat lots of green veg. and fruits..if the situation does not improve and you want to seek medical assistance in that case wud suggsest you Bournhall clinic. , Bourn Hall is a U.K. based infertility clinic that specializes in IVF,IUI,treatments and also does sperm donation,Egg/and embryo freezing.I came to know thru its website that the world' s first test tube baby was born as a result of IVF treatment from Bourhall....they had a branch in kochi and now came up with the other one in Gurgaon.
