The fluid that comes out is the ejaculate. That is the fluid that accompanies the sperm when they first inter the vagina, and it is normal for that to exit when you stand since it has already served it's use. I hope this helps you. Dont worry about it, it is completely normal! have a great day!

HI guys,
Just want to make one thing clear... It is said that all this lying in the bed after intercourse for 20 mins is not at all necessary. The sperm can travels inside within a couple of mins after having intercourse. It is not necessary to lie down for 30 mins or keep a pillow under ur butt after intercourse. Whatever is coming out r not sperms. It is the fluid that is coming out. If u want u can lie down as long as possible that is for ur satisfaction. Just don't stress ur self. Best wishes....

Hi Rachel,
Try following. You can have pillows below your thigh so that your legs are little upright. You can lay for about 30-45 minutes. Pillows below butthocks should be OK but holding legs up (not too much) for a while can help swiming sperms.
Bed every other day, not necessarily every day.
If you tell your cycle length it will be easy to help on dates as well.

You can use Ovulation Prediction Kits, they work beautifully.

Should you need help please approach.
And importnat 3 month is not long time, don't worry until 1 year, a healthy couple can take as much as 1 year or 2 sometimes.
Good luck
Archie
