thanks everyone....i found out abt those classes...but there are not covered by insurance....there are too many and cannot decide which to go or which is useful.......?

HI VARSH,
you can check with your ob/gy for nearest pre natal classes, or you can call to your insurance company and ask for nearest pre natal classes which comes under their network.

Hi,
U could ask ur friends who have kids who live nearby about the classes. Mostly the hospital that ur supposed to go might have classes too, or u might ask ur dr. to suggest something.
