Hi I am 28years old and 30 week pregnant,thisis my firs pregnanc,through 29 week I go through a CBC test so I come 2 knonw tht hmy haemoglobin 9.9 which is low. So, how can I increase it ,my doc.gave me Ferrous Sulphate tablets 2 times a day so kindly told me how can I Increase my Haemoglobin as my EDD(End due date is 10 dec).I am so worried Kindly help me so tht I can Increse my Hb level.

hello.. one of my friend also facing same situation her doc advised her to eat lots of dry fruits carrots apple etc all such stuff help you to increase your hemoglobin.. have a safe pregnancy..

hi Bugti, am also facing the same problem. Am 36 weeks pregnant and my due date is nearing and my haemoglobin is just 8.8. Doc has advised me to eat lot of dates, beet root, carrots, almonds to increase the count. Have all these in ample quantity, it might help. Am also hoping for the best. Wish you too best of luck.
