this is vidhi frm aug board ..as u have mentioned ur problem to tell u the truth even i dont have so much idea abt how much shld be the babys weight ...even one of my cousin had lot of nausea but she gained 10 kgs after 5th mth tht i know ..as u have not gained any weight but ur baby has n the DR tells u its fine then i think u must not worry ..n u go for walks tht is pretty cool n good ...try to have some foodstuff tht hve good type of fat ..b' coz while surfing on net i read tht in 30th week fat starts getting deposited under babys skin means the baby will grow n become fat ..but before having anythg have parental asking or DR consult abnt wht to eat to increase babys weight

horlicks with milk

i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
