Single Parenting:how to use this site to have contact?

Name: Harshada Thomre Dear All,
I have been trying to understand how to use this site? I had sent friend request to Ruta and Swara and I am clueless about what happened to it?
I got one email from indiaparenting saying that I have received friends request from Swara but when I opened my account no pending request was shown there.
It is more painfull to know that there are people who want to know each other and need support and they are not able to communicate to each other.
Please share your opinion about this.
